In the bustling heart of Westpoort in Amsterdam, you find the distribution center of Fetim Group. The distribution center is the beating heart of the organization: from here, we transport our products directly to the customer or to the consumer. By having full control over the entire distribution line, we offer customized solutions for every customer, even on an international level. With consolidated worldwide shipment of over 31,000 products, efficient operations are of great importance.
Our supply chain experts ensure that distribution runs smoothly and flawlessly every single day. This way, we assure our customers and partners that their orders arrive on time and without any issues at the designated destination.

High-quality WMS
To provide our partners with the best service, we guarantee fast and efficient product management through our high-quality warehouse management system (WMS). By being able to monitor real-time order demand, we process over 100,000 orders per week. This applies to both B2B, B2C, and dropshipment orders. Moreover, our 70 delivery trucks are linked to the WMS, ensuring 100% visibility of inventory and distribution.
Our distribution center is BREEAM certified
and works on energy from solar panels.
From distribution center to end-user
Through long-term strategies and efficient transportation, we strive for sustainable operations. On a daily basis, about 20 to 30 of our trucks are on the road in the Benelux region to deliver orders. Additionally, we offer 20 pickup moments per day to our transportation partners for shipments to customers outside the Benelux.
With our own transport planning, accurate forecasting, efficient product labeling process, and smart scheduling, we can supply all our customers in a timely manner and provide customized solutions in a sustainable way.

We offer the ability to provide customized solutions to customers by packaging individual component products under private labels. Currently, there are 2500 variations of packaging for our technical sanitary products.
